Return Policy:

Humble Abode, Inc. is proud of our product line and it is important that you are happy with your purchase.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with a returnable product once it arrives, simply contact us by e-mail or phone within (five) 5 days of delivery and we will arrange to have the item picked up and returned. All returns must be authorized in advance by Humble Abode. Products or parts must be in new condition. Assembled, used, modified, or In-Home Delivery shipments are non-returnable. Products or parts must be returned in their original carton if possible. If the original packaging is not available, substitute carton(s) that adequately protects the product is acceptable. Reduced credit or no credit will be allowed on returned products that incur damage because of inadequate packaging. Products or parts returned for any reason other than manufacturer defects or carrier damage noted at time of delivery are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee and round trip shipping charges incurred. All returns are subject to final count and inspection. Transportation for returned items or parts will be designated by Humble Abode, Inc. All round trip shipping charges are nonrefundable regardless if the original shipping was free.

Made to Order or Finished to Order items are non-returnable. Made to Order or Finished to Order items are made specifically for your order. You must contact us with 48 hours of placing your order if you wish to cancel. No order cancellations can be made after 48 hours. All Made to Order or Finished to Order items are charged in advance.

Due to health concerns, personal items such as mattresses, pillows and bedding are not returnable if they have been used, washed or removed from the original manufacturer's package. This policy does not supersede a manufacturer's warranty. Any and all manufacturer's warranties are still valid against defects and will be honored by Humble Abode.

Please Note: Once an item has been prepared and scheduled to ship (typically 1-5 business days before actual pick up), the order cannot be cancelled and becomes subject to our return policy. If you refuse an order, our return policy also applies.

Humble Abode, Inc. reserves the right to send a replacement item or replacement part for defective or damaged items. Damaged items must be noted at the time of delivery and defective items must be reported to Humble Abode, Inc. within five (5) consecutive days of receipt of the product. If damaged items are signed for without inspection, the cost of replacing the piece or pieces will be the responsibility of the consumer. If you decide you do not want parts or a replacement unit, the remaining items and parts can be returned under our standard return policy. If a product arrives and is the incorrect item due to an error made by Humble Abode, Inc. or the manufacturer and it cannot be corrected with a full replacement or replacement parts, Humble Abode, Inc. will be responsible for the cost of returning the item or items.
