Return Policy:

Humble Abode, Inc. is proud of our product line and it is important that you are happy with your purchase.

Please contact Humble Abode if you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason. Request to return an item must be e-mailed to Humble Abode via the Email Us link on the Humble Abode website, and within 48 hours of delivery. All returns must be authorized in advance by Humble Abode. Products or parts must be in new condition. Assembled, used, modified, or In-Home Delivery shipments are non-returnable. Products or parts must be returned in their original carton if possible. If the original packaging is not available, substitute carton(s) that adequately protects the product is acceptable. Reduced credit or no credit will be allowed on returned products that incur damage because of inadequate packaging. Products or parts returned for any reason other than manufacturer defects or carrier damage noted at time of delivery are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee and round-trip shipping charges incurred. Humble Abode will provide the return shipping address to the customer via e-mail. The customer will return any item at his or her expense via a freight carrier that specializes in residential furniture delivery, unless products were delivered via a small parcel carrier. All returned items will be inspected and must be received in good condition. Shipping charges paid by the customer are non-refundable. No refund will be given for items returned in “used” condition. All round-trip shipping charges are nonrefundable regardless if the original shipping was free.

All sales are final for personal items such as Pillows, Bedding and Mattresses, in addition to Custom Upholstery, Custom Made Furniture, Made-to-Order Furniture, Outdoor Furniture, Upholstered items, Clearance and Closeout items. These items cannot be cancelled and cannot be returned. If your order arrives with damage or defect, please follow instructions as provided in our “Damage or Defect Limited Warranty”

Please Note: Once an item has been picked, packed, scheduled or labeled to ship (typically 1-5 business days before actual pick up), the order cannot be cancelled and becomes subject to our return policy. If you refuse an order, our return policy also applies.

Humble Abode, Inc. reserves the right to send a replacement item or replacement part for defective or damaged items. Damaged items must be noted at the time of delivery and defective items must be reported to Humble Abode, Inc. within 48 hours of receipt of the product. If damaged items are signed for without inspection, the cost of replacing the piece or pieces will be the responsibility of the consumer. If you decide you do not want parts or a replacement unit, the remaining items and parts can be returned under our standard return policy. If a product arrives and is the incorrect item due to an error made by Humble Abode, Inc. or the manufacturer and it cannot be corrected with a full replacement or replacement parts, Humble Abode, Inc. will be responsible for the cost of returning the item or items.
