| This product carries a 1-year exclusive warranty that guarantees the product shall be free of any defects in parts and workmanship if used under normal operating conditions. Warranty is valid only to the original purchaser with proof of purchase. Should any parts or workmanship prove defective, Humble Abode, Inc. will, at Humble Abode's discretion, either repair or replace the product at no charge (parts and labor only) to the original purchaser for the duration of the product's full warranty. If the duration of the full warranty has passed, Humble Abode, Inc. will, at our discretion, either repair or replace the product for a nominal charge of 35% of the product's repair fee or current retail price. Humble Abode, Inc. does not warrant damage due to misuse or neglect. |
| If you are not completely satisfied for any reason,
contact us within five (5) days of delivery and we will arrange pickup of
the item. Once the order has been prepared for shipping, the customer is
responsible for a 25% restocking fee and actual round trip shipping charges
incurred. All returns must be authorized in advance by Humble Abode. Humble
Abode will arrange shipping for returning items and the shipper will contact
you to schedule pickup. Once the items are received and inspected at Humble
Abode, a refund will be issued. |
