| The Tacora Horizontal Water Fountains by Kenroy Home are a visual treat with their horizontal bands of natural slate creating the back drop down which the water flows. The Tacora Horizontal Water Fountain is available as a floor fountain standing 48" high and rated for both indoor and outdoor use. The floor model of the Tacora Horizontal Water Fountain can accept one 10W 12V (MR-11) halogen bulb used to illuminate the slate bands of the fountain and the cascading water. The Tacora Horizontal Water Fountain comes in a smaller tabletop/wall model that is 32" high and is rated for indoor use only. This model takes a single 10W 12V (JC) halogen bulb for illumination. Both of the Tacora Horizontal Water Fountains come with polished river stones to fill the basin and two halogen bulbs. Treat your senses of sight and sound with one or both of these spectacular fountains. Since slate is a natural stone, colors will vary and no two fountains will look exactly alike. |

| Kenroy Home products are warranted to the original
purchaser to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period
of one (1) year. During this warranty period, Humble Abode will, at our
option, repair or replace any such defective component without charge except
for transportation, shipping and handling costs. A return merchandise authoriztion
(R.M.A.) must be issued by us before returning any merchandise. All returns
must be suitably packed to prevent further damage (preferably in the original
carton). This warranty does not extend to products subjected to abnormal
weather conditions, improper installation, usage or for exterior finish.
Halogen bulbs (if supplied) are not warranted for any specific time period.
Except as expressly stated herein, there are no warranties, either express
or implied. |
| At Humble Abode, we are proud of the merchandise

contact us within five (5) days of delivery and we will arrange pickup of
the item. Once the order has been prepared for shipping, the customer is
responsible for a 25% restocking fee and actual round trip shipping charges
incurred, if any. All returns must be authorized in advance by Humble Abode.
Humble Abode will arrange shipping for returning items and the shipper will
contact you to schedule pickup. Once the items are received back and inspected,
a refund will be issued. |
