collections. Powell Company continues to offer innovative designs and quality
furniture at the best prices possible. |
| Powell Company warrants their furniture to be free
from all manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year from the date
of shipment to the customer. A photo image and detailed description of a
defect must be provided before the acceptance of any warranty claims. During
this warranty period, Humble Abode will, at our option, repair or replace
any such defect without charge except for transportation, shipping and handling
costs. A return merchandise authorization (R.M.A.) must be issued by us
before returning any merchandise. All returns must be suitably packed to
prevent further damage in the original Powell Company carton where possible.
This warranty applies under conditions of normal residential usage and does
not apply to consequential or incidental damage or defects caused by negligence,
misuse or abuse. This warranty does not apply if the product has been modified
or altered in any way after shipment. The use of natural materials may cause
minor variations to occur from piece to piece in color, texture or appearance.
This warranty does not cover such minor differences. |
| At Humble Abode, we are proud of the merchandise
we feature on our website. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason,
contact us within five (5) days of delivery and we will arrange pickup of
the item. Once the order has been prepared for shipping, the customer is
responsible for a 25% restocking fee and actual round trip shipping charges
incurred, if any. All returns must be authorized in advance by Humble Abode.
Humble Abode will arrange shipping for returning items and the shipper will
contact you to schedule pickup. Once the items are received back and inspected,
a refund will be issued. |
