| The Simplicity Swing Arm Lamp by Kenroy Home is a wonderful way to have a light you can adjust to suit your needs, yet tucks away to save space. The Simplicity Swing Arm Lamp is available in a Matte Black finish with a Kraft Paper Shade or a Brushed Steel finish with a White Pleated shade. The Simplicity Swing Arm Lamp is also available in a Bronze finish or Brushed Steel finish, both with a Natural Fiber shade. The Simplicity Swing Arm Lamp takes a single 150 watt 3-way bulb and has a 3-way switch for light level adjustability. After mounting the Simplicity Swing Arm Lamp, a cover is included for cord management. Each lamp has a 26" extension capability. |

| Kenroy Home products are warranted to the original
purchaser to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period
of one (1) year. During this warranty period, Humble Abode will, at our
option, repair or replace any such defective component without charge except
for transportation, shipping and handling costs. A return merchandise authoriztion
(R.M.A.) must be issued by us before returning any merchandise. All returns
must be suitably packed to prevent further damage (preferably in the original
carton). This warranty does not extend to products subjected to abnormal
weather conditions, improper installation, usage or for exterior finish.
Halogen bulbs (if supplied) are not warranted for any specific time period.
Except as expressly stated herein, there are no warranties, either express
or implied. |

contact us within five (5) days of delivery and we will arrange pickup of
the item. Once the order has been prepared for shipping, the customer is
responsible for a 25% restocking fee and actual round trip shipping charges
incurred, if any. All returns must be authorized in advance by Humble Abode.
Humble Abode will arrange shipping for returning items and the shipper will
contact you to schedule pickup. Once the items are received back and inspected,
a refund will be issued. |
