Return Policy
Humble Abode, Inc. is proud of our product line and it is important that you are happy with your purchase. The return policy for each item is described on the individual product page. With the exception of some custom products or personal products noted on the individual product page, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, contact us within five (5) days of delivery and we will arrange pickup of the item. Once the order has been prepared for shipping, the customer is responsible for a 25% restocking fee and actual round trip shipping charges incurred. All returns must be authorized in advance by Humble Abode. Humble Abode will arrange shipping for returning items and the shipper will contact you to schedule pickup. Once the items are received and inspected at Humble Abode, a refund will be issued. No credit will be issued for returned items without prior approval by an authorized representative of Humble Abode, Inc. Transportation for returned items will be designated by Humble Abode, Inc. and since we use third party carriers, all actual shipping charges are nonrefundable. Products must be returned in their original carton if possible or in a substitute carton that adequately protects them if the original carton is not available. Reduced credit or no credit will be allowed on returned products that incur damage because of inadequate packaging.

Returns due to Damage
Products damaged in transit will be replaced at no additional charge. If your order arrives with visual damage to the product container, the delivery must be refused and the Bill of Lading should be noted that the product was refused due to damage and initialed by the delivery driver. Please contact a Humble Abode, Inc. representative if your order arrives damaged and a replacement will be sent at no additional charge.

Humble Abode, Inc. reserves the right to send a replacement item or replacement part for defective or damaged items. Damaged items must be noted at the time of delivery and defective items must be reported to Humble Abode within five (5) consecutive days. If damaged items are signed for without inspection, the cost of replacing the piece or pieces will be the responsibility of the consumer. If you decide you do not want parts or a replacement unit, the remaining items and parts can be returned under our standard return policy. If a product arrives and is the incorrect item due to an error made by Humble Abode, Inc. or the manufacturer and it cannot be corrected with a full replacement or replacement parts, Humble Abode, Inc. will be responsible for the cost of returning the item or items.
