All standard deliveries are made to the ground level, outside entrance of your building or residence. If you need assistance to bring your order inside, upstairs, and to assemble, additional charges do apply. Typical charges range from $100 - $250 depending on the size, weight and number of pieces of furniture, number of stairs, as well as the geographic location of your business or residence. 
 
Please note:
Upon assembly of your order, before you release the delivery agent, please confirm that the product is securely and correctly assembled to your satisfaction, and all movable parts, such as trundle and storage drawers, are operational; the delivery agent will have you sign paperwork stating that the product was properly assembled, to your satisfaction.
