Rugs 8' to 11'

Large rugs measure from over 8 feet to 11 feet in length or diameter. A large carpet belongs in a living room, family room, den or master bedroom. Large area rugs can bring furniture and furnishings together as an anchor to hold the various elements together. As a floor covering, large carpet rugs provide decor as well as a more comfortable surface on which to walk. The names large oriental rug, large Persian rug or large wool rug are used as generic terms for a large area rug whether or not the carpet is made from wool or originates in the east or from Persia.
