The Patterson Rectangle Dining Table with Chairs offers a beautiful marble top, dark oak finish and a solid wood and climate controlled wood composite construction. The dining chairs have symmetrically designed and constructed backs and easy to maintain vinyl seat covers. Chairs are sold in sets of 2 only. Clean table and chairs with a soft cloth. Please do not use wax or an abrasive cleaner as this may damage the finish.

| The Product and Hardware is warranted to the original
purchaser to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period
of one (1) year. During this warranty period, Humble Abode will, at our
option, repair or replace any such defective component without charge except
for transportation, shipping and handling costs. |
| If you are not completely satisfied for any reason,
contact us within five (5) days of delivery and we will arrange pickup of
the item. Modifications made after the order has been place will incurr
a $25 fee. Once the order has been prepared for shipping, the customer is
responsible for a 25% restocking fee and actual round trip shipping charges
incurred. All returns must be authorized in advance by Humble Abode. Humble
Abode will arrange shipping for returning items and the shipper will contact
you to schedule pickup. Once the items are received and inspected at Humble
Abode, a refund will be issued. |

The set is beautiful, but be careful as the table does not come with instructions on how to care for the table. my table top is badly stained with place mat markings and glass rims. they do not seem to tell me the right way to clean it. so beware...
