Return Policy


Humble Abode, Inc. is proud of our product line and it is important that you are happy with your purchase.

Please Note: In addition to the return policy details outlined below, the page displaying each individual product has additional information such as deadlines, shipping and details on returning specific products.

The return policy for each item is described on the individual product page. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order once it arrives, simply contact us either by e-mail or phone within 5 days of delivery and we will arrange to have the item picked up and returned. All returns must be authorized in advance by Humble Abode. Products must be in new condition. Assembled, used, modified, or In-Home Delivery shipments are non- returnable. Products must be returned in their original carton if possible. If the original packaging is not available, substitute carton(s) that adequately protects the product is acceptable. Reduced credit or no credit will be allowed on returned products that incur damage because of inadequate packaging. Products returned for any reason other than manufacturer defects or carrier damage are subject to a minimum 25% restocking and return shipping charges incurred. Made to Order or Finished to Order items may be subject to a 50% restocking and handling fee. Made to Order or Finished to Order items if not cancelled within 2 days of placing the order become subject to a 50% restocking and handling fee. All returns are subject to final count and inspection. Transportation for returned items will be designated by Humble Abode, Inc. and since we use third party carriers, all shipping charges are nonrefundable regardless if the original shipping was free.

Please Note: Once an item has been prepared and scheduled to ship (typically 1-2 business days before actual pick up), the order cannot be cancelled and becomes subject to our return policy. If you refuse an order, our return policy also applies.

Humble Abode, Inc. reserves the right to send a replacement item or replacement part for defective or damaged items. Damaged items must be noted at the time of delivery and defective items must be reported to Humble Abode, Inc. within five (5) consecutive days. If damaged items are signed for without inspection, the cost of replacing the piece or pieces will be the responsibility of the consumer. If you decide you do not want parts or a replacement unit, the remaining items and parts can be returned under our standard return policy. If a product arrives and is the incorrect item due to an error made by Humble Abode, Inc. or the manufacturer and it cannot be corrected with a full replacement or replacement parts, Humble Abode, Inc. will be responsible for the cost of returning the item or items.
