 Stone County Ironworks is
located in the Ozark Mountains of Arkansas. The mission of Stone County
Ironworks is to promote by example, the art and artisanship of the blacksmith
tradition in all of their products. Every item of furniture or accent piece
is hand made by blacksmith craftsmen. Every item is individually forged,
bent, cut or welded leaving tool marks on the metal. These marks and variations
are the hallmark of handmade iron furniture and accessories. No two items
will ever be exactly alike. Each item produced by Stone County Ironworks
is hand signed by the blacksmith who manufactured the piece. The use of
glass, wood or copper in furniture or accents complements and highlights
the handmade nature of the item. Each of these additional components has
their own individual inherent nature that adds to the unique and lasting
beauty of every item. A Stone County Ironworks product will never go out
of style or grow old, a testament to the timeless quality of craftsman furniture
and accents, handmade in the U.S.A. |
| Stone County Ironworks warrants their furniture
to be free from all manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year from
the date of receipt by the customer. A photo image and detailed description
of the defect must be provided before the acceptance of any warranty claims.
During this warranty period, Humble Abode will, at our option, repair or
replace any such defect without charge except for transportation, shipping
and handling costs. A return merchandise authorization (R.M.A.) must be
issued by us before returning any merchandise. All returns must be suitably
packed to prevent further damage in the original Stone County Ironworks
carton where possible. Any authorized merchandise return must be shipped
within 30 days from the issuance of the R.M.A. This warranty applies under
conditions of normal residential usage and does not apply to damage or defects
caused by negligence, misuse, or abuse. This warranty does not apply if
the product has been modified or altered in any way after shipment. |
| At Humble Abode, we are proud of the merchandise
we feature on our website. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason,
contact us within five (5) days of delivery and we will arrange pickup of
the item. Once the order has been prepared for shipping, the customer is
responsible for a 25% restocking fee and actual round trip shipping charges
incurred, if any. All returns must be authorized in advance by Humble Abode.
Humble Abode will arrange shipping for returning items and the shipper will
contact you to schedule pickup. Once the items are received back and inspected,
a refund will be issued. |
