International has been designing and importing fine contemporary furniture
for more than 30 years. Their furniture includes complete lines for the
bedroom, office, dining room and occasional furniture for living room, family
room or den. Star International is focused on supplying the residential
and hospitality markets with their innovative furniture design concepts,
high quality products and ready to ship inventory. Their niche is the mid
high end category of contemporary furniture. Star International was responsible
for furnishing the offices for the 1984 Olympic Games in Los Angeles, completing
the job on time with complete accuracy. |
| Star International Furniture provides a one (1)
year limited warranty from the date the original purchaser receives the
merchandise. During this warranty period, Humble Abode will, at our option,
repair or replace any such defective component without charge except for
transportation, shipping, handling and/or labor costs. Any claim for defective
glass MUST be reported within 72 hours of receipt. All glass items are inspected,
packed and shipped in perfect condition. It is the customer's responsibility
to inspect all glass for cracks and defects at the time of delivery and
note same on the delivery receipt. A photo image and detailed description
of the defect must be provided before the acceptance of any warranty claims.
A return merchandise authoriztion (R.M.A.) must be issued by us before returning
any merchandise. All returns must be suitably packed to prevent further
damage (preferably in the original carton). Craftsmanship or the use of
natural materials may cause minor variations to occur from piece to piece.
This warranty does not cover such minor differences. |
| At Humble Abode, we are proud of the merchandise
we feature on our website. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason,
contact us within five (5) days of delivery and we will arrange pickup of
the item. Once the order has been prepared for shipping, the customer is
responsible for a 25% restocking fee and actual round trip shipping charges
incurred, if any. All returns must be authorized in advance by Humble Abode.
Humble Abode will arrange shipping for returning items and the shipper will
contact you to schedule pickup. Once the items are received back and inspected,
a refund will be issued. |
