Acme Furniture was founded in 1985 in Los Angeles, California. Since their
beginning, Acme Furniture has as their mission, to provide service, value
and quality to their customers. To achieve these goals, Acme Furniture has
established long term relationships with factories in Malaysia, Taiwan,
Vietnam, Indonesia, Brazil and China. These long standing business partners
allow Acme Furniture to sell their products at the most competitive price
available. In addition, Acme Furniture maintains their own quality control
experts in each country to assure the furniture you receive meets their
quality standards. Since their founding in 1985, Acme Furniture has grown
and now maintains facilities across the country. |
| Acme Furniture warrants their furniture to be free
from all manufacturing defects for a period of sixty (60) days from the
date of receipt by the customer. A photo image and detailed description
of the defect must be provided before the acceptance of any warranty claims.
During this warranty period, Humble Abode will, at our option, repair or
replace any such defect without charge except for transportation, shipping
and handling costs. A return merchandise authorization (R.M.A.) must be
issued by us before returning any merchandise. All returns must be suitably
packed to prevent further damage in the original Acme Furniture carton.
This warranty applies under conditions of normal residential usage and does
not apply to damage or defects caused by negligence, misuse, or abuse. This
warranty does not apply if the product has been modified or altered in any
way after shipment. |
| At Humble Abode, we are proud of the merchandise
we feature on our website. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason,
contact us within five (5) days of delivery and we will arrange pickup of
the item. Once the order has been prepared for shipping, the customer is
responsible for a 25% restocking fee and actual round trip shipping charges
incurred, if any. All returns must be authorized in advance by Humble Abode.
Humble Abode will arrange shipping for returning items and the shipper will
contact you to schedule pickup. Once the items are received back and inspected,
a refund will be issued. |
