Occasional Chairs

Occasional chairs is a term covering a broad selection of chairs generally found in the living room, den or family room. This casual style of seating can take the form of an armchair, club chair or an armless chair similar in width to the arm chair. An occasional chair is most often an upholstered armchair with a wide stuffed seat cushion, cushioned or pillow back and padded arms. This comfortable seating is also popularly know as a club chair. Many of the clubchairs today are covered with leather upholstery and simply called leather club chairs.
