The table and stools are manufactured using solid wood and wood veneers. The Hudson Counter Height Dining Stools are upholstered in bycast leather, also in a rich and complementary mocha or coffee bean finish. Furniture International, founded in 1981, is a designer and manufacturer
of premium quality furniture at exceptional value, based in Los Angeles.
The furniture is contemporary and transitional and designed for American
lifestyles today.
Modus Furniture produces and manufactures furniture at their factories in
Indonesia. Being a vertically integrated company, Modus oversees all phases
of production from timber acquisition to final product. Their manufacturing
facilities are state of the art and produce furniture of the highest quality.
Modus carefully selects all materials used in their furniture. This guarantees
each piece is consistent in quality and finish. All Modus Furniture is constructed
from tropical hardwoods, mainly Mahogany and Mindi, a wood similar to American
Oak. The primary finishes on the furniture are applied by hand. Topcoats
and sealants are applied with spray guns in a dust proof environment.
Modus Furniture International sells their furniture through authorized retailers
only. Humble Abode offers the complete line of Modus furniture.

| Modus Furniture warrants this product to be free
from defects in material and workmanship for a term of one (1) year from
date of delivery. Any claims against this Limited Warranty must initially be presented
to Humble Abode, Inc. A photo image and detailed description of the defect
must be provided before the acceptance of any warranty claims. Under the
terms of this Limited Warranty, Humble Abode will, at our discretion, either
repair or replace the defective part or item without charge except for transportation,
shipping and handling costs. This warranty applies under conditions of normal
residential usage and does not apply to damage or defects caused by negligence,
misuse, or abuse. This warranty does not apply if the product has been modified
or altered in any way after shipment. A return merchandise authorization
(R.M.A.) must be issued by us before returning any merchandise. All returns
must be suitably packed to prevent further damage (preferably in the original
carton). |
| At Humble Abode, we are proud of the merchandise
we feature on our website. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason,
contact us within five (5) days of delivery and we will arrange pickup of
the item. Once the order has been prepared for shipping, the customer is
responsible for a 25% restocking fee and actual round trip shipping charges
incurred, if any. All returns must be authorized in advance by Humble Abode.
Humble Abode will arrange shipping for returning items and the shipper will
contact you to schedule pickup. Once the items are received back and inspected,
a refund will be issued. |
