I am writing to express my thanks and appreciation for both the quality of the bed frame I purchased from you, and for your superb customer service.
First, the queen-sized bed frame you sold me is rock-solid. It was a bit more complicated to assemble than old-style bed frames, but it's obvious your frame is far superior to any I've seen elsewhere. Considering the reasonable price, I didn't expect such a huge leap in quality over cheaper frames. If it were up to me, I'd remove all the junk frames that dominate the market and require Humble Abode frames to replace them all!

I just wanted to write a quick note to thank you for the wonderful service I recently received from your company on the above-referenced order. As you can see, I recently purchased a trundle bed for my 2 1/2 year old daughter. The order arrived well ahead of time - which was most appreciated. I was also very impressed with the delivery service you utilized. They were polite, courteous and cordial when they contacted me on Monday to schedule the delivery on Tuesday. They conveniently scheduled the delivery in the morning and arrived within the time frame - as promised! The bed was received undamaged and in perfect condition!
