Del Mar Wood Storage Platform Bed by Winners Only
The customer experience with Humble Abode was a WOW! from start to finish. Customer sales reps by phone verified that the bed I wanted was in stock, helped me place the order, and provided an estimated arrival date. They kept me informed of the order progress with emails. When the delivery date was a few days out, I received an electronic scheduling notice to choose a date using an online calendar. The day before my chosen delivery date, I received a reminder email that the delivery was the next day. The delivery was "over the threshold" and into my house by very delivery fellows. The furniture was packaged well protecting the product. All the parts were present. The build-instructions were well written, and within 45 minutes I had put a King size wood bed together with just a screwdriver and one fellow helper. The quality of the construction impressed me during the build, and the bed is just lovely. I'd give this experience a 10 ... expect the scale only goes to 5!
