The back of the Black Pearl Floor Water Fountain is made of small tiles of Mother of Pearl. This is the surface over which the water flows creating both a visual and aural treat. The Black Pearl Floor Water Fountain can be a freestanding fountain or it may be hung on the wall to conserve space. The Black Pearl Floor Water Fountain has a fixture at the top which will take a single 10W 12V (JC) Halogen bulb to illuminate the cascading water and beautiful Mother of Pearl. |

| Kenroy Home products are warranted to the original
purchaser to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period
of one (1) year. During this warranty period, Humble Abode will, at our
option, repair or replace any such defective component without charge except
for transportation, shipping and handling costs. A return merchandise authoriztion
(R.M.A.) must be issued by us before returning any merchandise. All returns
must be suitably packed to prevent further damage (preferably in the original
carton). This warranty does not extend to products subjected to abnormal
weather conditions, improper installation, usage or for exterior finish.
Halogen bulbs (if supplied) are not warranted for any specific time period.
Except as expressly stated herein, there are no warranties, either express
or implied. |

the item. Once the order has been prepared for shipping, the customer is
responsible for a 25% restocking fee and actual round trip shipping charges

Humble Abode will arrange shipping for returning items and the shipper will
contact you to schedule pickup. Once the items are received back and inspected,
a refund will be issued. |
