| The Arrow Rugs belongs to the Adana Collection of carpets by Surya. The Arrow Rug is based on designs which originated in Turkish villages during the 16th and 17th centuries. These designs feature the geometric, tribal, and cultural motifs of the region. The Adana Collection of rugs from Surya was carefully assembled to create the impression of that era using the same symmetrical knots as used in those original Turkish rugs. The Arrow Rug is hand knotted in India using wool that is semi-worsted and imported from New Zealand. The yarn is chrome dyed in India. Consequently, the colors will remain true and fast. Special hand washing and finishing adds a distinctive radiance to this carpet.

Surya guarantees each product is exactly executed as designed and with the
quality their customers demand. By using more than twenty different rug
constructions including hand tufted, hand hooked, hand woven, hand knotted
and machine made, there is a rug available at a price suitable for any customer
at any value point. |
| Surya warrants their rugs to be free from all manufacturing
defects for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of receipt by the
customer. A photo image and detailed description of the defect must be provided
before the acceptance of any warranty claims. During this warranty period,
Humble Abode will, at our option, repair or replace any such defect without
charge except for transportation, shipping and handling costs. A return
merchandise authorization (R.M.A.) must be issued by us before returning
any merchandise. All returns must be suitably packed to prevent further
damage (preferably in the original carton). Craftsmanship or the use of
natural materials may cause minor variations to occur from piece to piece.
This warranty does not cover such minor differences. |
| At Humble Abode, we are proud of the merchandise
we feature on our website. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason,
contact us within five (5) days of delivery and we will arrange pickup of
the item. Once the order has been prepared for shipping, the customer is
responsible for a 25% restocking fee and actual round trip shipping charges
incurred, if any. All returns must be authorized in advance by Humble Abode.
Humble Abode will arrange shipping for returning items and the shipper will
contact you to schedule pickup. Once the items are received back and inspected,
a refund will be issued. |
