The Redwood Outdoor St.Anthony's Face to Face Swings are perfect for outdoor use. Redwood Swing is beautiful and naturally weather resistent. Our Redwood is air and/or kiln-dried to a 12% moisture content and sanded to a 150 grit smooth-to-the-touch finish. All boards have eased (rounded) edges to avoid splintering over time. We offer several finish options. Our standard sealant is a linseed and tung oil based product.
This delightful swing is powered by riders' feet and it does not creak! Seat height is adjustable for use by either kids or adults. We can also provide an additional platform for pre-school kids to use in conjunction with lowering the seat. Weight bearing capacity of regular size swing is 700 Lbs. The seats are 37" Length and 18" Deep and the weight is 480 Lbs. the Extra Large size is ideal for large adults with the capacity of 1000 Lbs. The seats of the Extra Large size are 48" Length and 18" Deep and the weight is 720 Lbs. The Swing only contains two seats, floor, the swinging structure, you will need two timbers spaced exactly 2 3/8" apart on each side. The bolt holes are 33 1/2" apart on center. |

forest restoration project in Northern California called Old Growth Again.
You might ask how a redwood furniture manufacturer can restore a redwood
forest by cutting trees to make furniture. It’s simple. At one time, the
oldest forest in the world was an ancient redwood forest ranging from Oregon
to Big Sur, California. This forest was severely logged in the 50's and
60's. Once heavy logging is stopped, other trees and shrubs take over the
forest for centuries until redwood trees eventually fill the canopy and
regain control of the forest floor. Old Growth Again Restoration Forestry
selects five redwood trees per acre and protects them in the property deed
from ever being cut. By thinning other trees, shrubs and poorly spaced or
suppressed young redwood trees back to a healthy ratio, the redwood trees
dedicated to old growth are allowed to flourish and take over the forest
floor in a couple short decades. Most of the Young grade of redwood used
to make Forever Redwood outdoor furniture is cut because they lack potential
to live thousands of years and challenge the redwood trees that do have
the potential. The Old Growth grades of redwood are from old trees that
have already fallen. It’s amazing how a 1000-year old tree that has fallen
50 years ago is naturally preserved on the forest floor. Redwood is truly
the perfect material for outdoor furniture. While plantation grown trees
are becoming common in furniture and its very good for the environment,
Old Growth Again Restoration Forestry is the first of its kind and after ten years of practice, a revolutionary environmental and economic model with worldwide potential has emerged. This level of integrity is apparent in every piece of Forever Redwood’s
fine handcrafted outdoor redwood furniture. When you buy Forever Redwood

| Weather-related wood decay is warranted from ten
to thirty years depending on the grade of redwood. The Young Redwood has
a ten-year decay warranty. The Mature Redwood has a twenty-year decay warranty
and the Old-Growth Redwood has a thirty-year decay warranty. Small cracks
are not covered by the warranty. Wood moves when left outside due to the
constant changes in temperature and moisture. Some small cracks are a natural
consequence over the years. In the unlikely event that your wood becomes
soft from decay before the warranty period expires, just contact us and
we will send out replacement parts at no cost. Forever Redwood will
replace any furniture part within two years of purchase. Just send us a
photo via email so we can identify the exact problem and we’ll ship
out the part in most cases without cost to you. You will be asked for a
small charge only if the damage was obviously not related to normal wear
and tear. If any part is damaged beyond the two-year warranty period, for
any reason at all, (for example - your puppy decides to chew through the
leg of your furniture) just call or e-mail us. A digital photo would help
identify the part quickly and easily. Forever Redwood will send any replacement
parts necessary to repair the furniture at a discounted rate plus shipping.

contact us within five (5) days of delivery and we will arrange pickup of
the item. Once the order has been prepared for shipping, the customer is
responsible for a 25% restocking fee and actual round trip shipping charges
incurred. All returns must be authorized in advance by Humble Abode. Humble
Abode will arrange shipping for returning items and the shipper will contact
you to schedule pickup. Once the items are received and inspected at Humble
Abode, a refund will be issued. |
