Lifetime Warranty: The original
consumer purchaser is warranted that this item will be free from defects
in material and workmanship under conditions of normal household use for
as long as the original purchaser owns the furniture. Any furniture, or
component part thereof which is found to be defective in material and workmanship
under conditions of normal household use will be, at our option, repaired
or replaced with like furniture or furniture of comparable quality and value.
Said repair or replacement will be without charge, but all transportation
charges on shipments both to and from the repair location are the sole responsibility
of the purchaser.
*Due to the unique nature of Wesley Allen finishes and the individual
craftsmanship demonstrated in applying the finish to each product, slight variances
are inherent and are not considered a manufacturer defect. |

If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, contact us within five
(5) days of delivery and we will arrange pickup of the item. After the order has shipped,
actual round trip shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee. Because Wesley Allen iron
furniture is finished specifically for you, modifications made two (2) days after
placing the order will incur a 25% restocking fee. All returns must be authorized
in advance by Humble Abode. Humble Abode will arrange shipping for returning items and
the shipper will contact you to schedule pickup. Once the items are received
and inspected at Humble Abode, a refund will be issued. |
