The original consumer purchaser is warranted that this furniture will be free from defects in material and workmanship under conditions of normal household use for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Any furniture, or component part thereof which is found to be defective in material and workmanship under conditions of normal household use will be, at our option, repaired or replaced with like furniture or furniture of comparable quality and value. Said repair or replacement will be without charge, but all transportation charges on shipments both to and from the repair location are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, contact us within five (5) days and we will arrange pickup of the item (with a few exceptions noted on the product order page). If any items are in transit and returned for reasons other than defects or damage, we ask that you pay for all shipping fees incurred and some returnable items carry a restocking fee of 25%. All items returned must be authorized in advance by Humble Abode. Humble Abode will arrange shipping for returning items. The shipper will contact you to schedule pickup. Once the items are received at Humble Abode, a refund will be issued.
