I am writing to express my thanks and appreciation for both the quality of the bed frame I purchased from you, and for your superb customer service.

First, the queen-sized bed frame you sold me is rock-solid. It was a bit more complicated to assemble than old-style bed frames, but it's obvious your frame is far superior to any I've seen elsewhere. Considering the reasonable price, I didn't expect such a huge leap in quality over cheaper frames. If it were up to me, I'd remove all the junk frames that dominate the market and require Humble Abode frames to replace them all!
