Well, good morning! You should be very proud of yourselves. What customer service! Not only did you keep me up to date on the shipment of my order, but then you followed up with a phone call to my home to find out if we got the delivery. So, I had my new bed and on Sunday, our last day in Michigan for several weeks, my son and future daughter-in-law and I put it together and it looks great! Just like the bed that was in that room when my grandparents slept there! Trust me, if I ever need another bed, I'll be contacting Humble Abode!! Thanks again, and have a great day.
